We take these pork chops to the next level by soaking them in a flavorful brine that pumps in flavor and helps keep the pork tender and juicy. We add a little sweet and smokey sauce during grilling to add that classic backyard BBQ flavor. Your family and friends will be asking for seconds.

Ingredients
2 Cups Apple Juice
-
¼ Cup Moo Magic
2 tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
4 center cut pork chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
Olive oil
-
2 tbls CPR
3 tbls favorite BBQ sauce
Directions
For the brine, in a large Ziplock bag add in apple cider vinegar, apple juice and Moo Magic. Seal and mix well.
Place pork chops in the Ziploc bag with brine making sure chops are fully covered. Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes, turning bag occasionally. Drain chops, discarding the brine.
Pat chops dry with a paper towels and place on baking sheet. Lightly brush each chop with olive oil and season both sides with CPR.
Grill pork chops over medium heat, 3-4 minutes per side. After the flip brush lightly with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook until a internal temp of 160° F. Pull and place chops in pan covering with foil and letting rest for 5 minutes. Serve with homemade coleslaw for that down home goodness

I wasn’t wrong. This recipe for pork chops is my new “go to”. My chops are always juicy, cooking using the Meatrix to tell me when they’re done. But marinading in the apple juice with Moo Magic was nothing short of epic. The chops were even juicier and were the most tender chops we’ve ever had. Thanks for the recipe and the Moo Magic, Travis.
This sounds great. I think I’m going to try this tomorrow or Thursday night. Except I’ll be cooking it until the Meatrix says it’s reached medium (for me) and medium more (for my wife). I bet it will be incredible. Is that 1/4 cup of Moo Magic? The recipe didn’t say.
