I wasn’t wrong. This recipe for pork chops is my new “go to”. My chops are always juicy, cooking using the Meatrix to tell me when they’re done. This sounds great. I think I’m going to try this tomorrow or Thursday night. Except I’ll be cooking it until the Meatrix says it’s reached medium (for me) and medium more (for my wife). I bet it will be incredible. Is that 1/4 cup of Moo Magic? The recipe didn’t say.
