1lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp. Flaps All Purpose seasoning

1 lb. penne pasta

1/4 cup unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Set up grill for indirect medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, olive oil, and Flaps All Purpose seasoning until the shrimp are coated evenly.
Place the shrimp on skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
