This is a super simple will take your dinner to flavor town.

Ingredients
2 pound Flank Steak
1 cup coffee, chilled
½ cup chopped yellow onion
2 tbls light brown sugar
2 tbls Dijon mustard
2 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tbls olive oil
-
2 tsp Griller SPG
Directions
Prep steak by lightly trimming large pockets of fat. You should be able to remove most of the fat by slicing underneath as you gently pull separating fat from meat.
In large Ziploc style bag mix all ingredients. Mix well until dry seasonings are fully dissolved. Set aside ¼ cup of marinade for basting liquid
Place steak in bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours turning in bag after 2 hours. If time permits you can marinate for up to 10hrs making sure to turn steak twice to make sure meat is evenly covered.
Pull steak from marinade making sure to remove all chopped onions to make sure they don’t burn during grilling.
prepare your grill by setting up for direct grilling over medium heat, cooking over heat source for 7-8 minutes per side. Once you flip baste with marinade you set aside and cook for medium doneness (135° to 145°F)
Let rest for 5 minute and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Slice diagonally across the grain, serve with street corn for the ultimate dinner idea.
