We are always trying new things on the grill, so why not create a brine that not only helps tenderizes, but adds big flavor. We are using a dark beer to help add a deep richness to the pork chops that will make make them one of your favorites....

Ingredients
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 Cup Water
12oz Dark or Amber Beer
3tbls salt
2tbls molasses
-
2tsp Griller SPG
Directions
In large Ziploc bag mix water, beer, molasses and salt. Shake well until salt is fully dissolved.
Trim pork chops as desired removing any large pieces of fat, Place chops in brine making sure they are fully covered and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours flipping once half way through.
Pull chops from brine and pat dry and placing on sheet pan, sprinkle Griller SPG on both sides.
Place water pan in center of your grill and arrange heat source to achieve a medium heat. Grill chops over pan and cook 10-15mins per side. After 20 mins start checking for a finishing temp of 160°F.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 mins, serve with roasted corn or garlic smash potatoes
